Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 64 terminations in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. A clock generating device that produces high-quality clock output frequencies of 350MHz is available for sale. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C.
