SI5345B-D08263-GM Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. There is a maximum voltage of 1.89V for this clock generator. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function.
