As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs.
