SI5345B-D07606-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
