This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction.
