As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
