In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs.
