As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 44 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V to operate this time clock generator. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C.
