SI5345A-D10896-GM Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. As part of the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. CML, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input.
