SI5342D-D10262-GM Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 44 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator.
