514MLF Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tube method. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. There is a Clock PLL called Clock, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 140MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. As long as you provide 3V~5.5V supply voltage, it will work. The temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C to ensure reliable performance.
