SI5342D-D-GM Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. The 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are a total of 44 terminations in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal as its input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. Providing a maximum frequency of 350MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 1.71V~3.47V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic. There is a ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
