As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 44 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. The clock PLL can synthesi350MHze a clock frequency of 350MHz with high quality. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up.
