The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 64 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V to operate this time clock generator. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V.
