SI5341B-D09561-GM Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.89V. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
