The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.89V. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC.
