The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in the file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C.
