SI5341B-B03631-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. In it, there are 64 terminations to be found. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
