SI5341A-D08860-GM Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 64 terminations to be found. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 1028MHz. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
