SI5350A-B04984-GM Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. The 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. As you can see, it consists of 20 terminations. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
