The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. There is a maximum voltage of 1.89V for this clock generator. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. A clock generating device that produces high-quality clock output frequencies of 1028MHz is available for sale. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function.
