SI5335D-B05795-GMR Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. The number of uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC this time clock generator incorporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
