SI5340B-D07785-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains a total of 44 terminations within RF synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start.
