SI5335D-B07472-GMR Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
