This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs.
