SI5335D-B04023-GM Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
