As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. There are 24 terminations found in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There is a maximum voltage of 1.98V for this clock generator.
