ADF4351BCPZ Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. Embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 32 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer.
