SI5335D-B07797-GMR Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
