SI5335D-B07138-GM Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
