The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 40-TFLGA package. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, Crystal. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 200MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.71V~3.63V. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. There are several logic levels in HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic that can be used with this clock generator. This is an electronic part that can be classified as a Clock Generator in this case.
