SI5335D-B06047-GMR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer.
