The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. This clock-generating clock generator ic is able to synthesi200MHze high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
