SI5335D-B06829-GMR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
