SI5335D-B06446-GM Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations.
