P3P623S00BG-08SR Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. In this clock generator, Clock is used as the input to the clock. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. An up to 50MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There are 3V~3.6V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. By calculating the test statistics, 0°C~70°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. There are several logic levels in Clock logic that can be used with this clock generator.
