SI5335D-B06320-GMR Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The clock PLL can synthesi200MHze a clock frequency of 200MHz with high quality. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
