SI5335D-B08181-GMR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. A clock generating device that produces high-quality clock output frequencies of 200MHz is available for sale. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
