SI5335D-B06295-GMR Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. With this clock-generating device, 200MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
