SI5335D-B05347-GMR Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
