SI5332DD09545-GM3 Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. LVCMOS, Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input.
