SI5335D-B05998-GM Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
