SI5335D-B05504-GMR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in this file. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. A clock generating device that produces high-quality clock output frequencies of 200MHz is available for sale. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
