MC12095DG Overview
It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. A Clock PLL is included with the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. In this clock generator, ECL is used as the input to the clock. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 3GHz Max. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. As long as there are 2.7V~5.5V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with ECL logic levels.
