SI5335A-B05313-GMR Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. There are 24 terminations found in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. There is a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
