SI5335D-B04018-GMR Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
