SI5335D-B04018-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. There is a maximum voltage of 1.98V for this clock generator. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. With this clock-generating device, 200MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators.
