AD9518-3BCPZ-REEL7 Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). There is a clock generator embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. It provides a maximum frequency of 2.25GHz. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. There should be 3.135V~3.465V provided with this RF synthesizer.
