SI5335D-B03793-GMR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
