SI5335D-B03566-GMR Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
